Tnreginet Registration Procedure in TNREGINET
All TN Citizens need to register on this portal to take benefits of services provided by the government. The registration process is quite simple. You just need to follow the steps explained below to know more about this portal.
- First of all, you need to visit tnreginet.gov.in
- In the registration tab’s drop-down menu, you will get the option of User Registration. Just click on that.
- On the next page, The registration form will open. We recommend reading all the Notes and password hints.
- Then you have to Fill in the right details such as user type, user name, address, date of birth, ID card number, password, and enter the captcha.
Fill out all required information shown in the below screenshots and continue.
- Then you will receive an OTP on your mobile number or email and after filling that OTP, Click on Complete Registration.

- Visit to this portal and then you have to login by putting your user name and password
- Then you will find a tab ‘Create Application’ and just press click on that.
- Now click on ‘Create Document’.

Procedure to Apply Encumbrance Certificate in TNREGINET
- Open the tnreginet.gov.in in your browser.
- Put your username and password
- Then on click the Sign-in tab.
- Now click on the “Encumbrance Certificate” tab
- Then press the “Apply Online” which will come next.
- Now Application form will emerge.
- Fill in your right information in the application form including required documents.
- Now click on the Submit button and don’t forget to take a print out of it.
Procedure to search Encumbrance Certificate in TNREGINET
First of all visits tnreginet.gov.in in your browser.
Click on “Encumbrance Certificate” and then click View EC option.
- You can find it in the drop-down list of E-services option on the home page.
- On the next page, you have to choose EC or any document according to your requirements.
- If you choose EC enters the zone, sub-registration, EC End Date, Ec start date, subdivision number, village, and survey no.
- But if you go for a document wise, choose the sub-registration office, document number.
- Now put the code that will come display and press the “search” option.

- Open the official web portal in your browser.
- Select “My Documents” by clicking the “Further option on the home page.
- After that, a login page will appear.
- On the next page, you need to choose the temporary deed number, your pending number, or registration number.

Procedure to Search Wedding in TNREGINET
- Firstly, Visit Tnreginet.gov.in
- Select “Further” on the home page.
- Then hover on “Search ” and select “Wedding” from appearing options.
- Choose the marriage type.
- You can get detail by two options – Name Wise or Registration wise.
- If you go for “Name wise” then enter husband name/wife name, date of registration, and date of birth.
- If you select “Registration wise” then you need to fill the sub-register office, year, and registration number.
- Now press Search to get information.
Procedure to Search Society in TNREGINET
- Go to Tnreginet.gov.in in any browser.
- Click on the “Further” Button from in menu bar on the home page.
- Then click on Search and after that society.
- Now you have to choose your district, zone, DRO name, and of the society, sequence no, and year of registration.
- Finally, press “Search” and then you can get the details.
How to Search Document Clerk in TNREGINET
- First of all, visit Tnreginet.gov.in
- Select “Further Button” from the home page menu.
- Then “choose Search” and after that “document Clerk”

How to Check Your Jurisdiction in TNREGINET

How to Search Chit Fund( Ace Fund ) in TNREGINET
- Visit Tnreginet.gov.in in your browser.
- Select “Further Button” from the home page menu.
- Hover on “Search” and then “click once Fund”
- Now choose your zone, district, ticket company name, Serial no. DRO no, year, and group (ace volume).
- You can get your information by clicking on search.
How to Search Birth and Death in TNREGINET
- Visit Tnreginet.gov.in in your browser.
- Select “More” option from the menu bar of home.
- Select “Birth and Death” from the next opened page.
- For birth, choose Birth then fill in all the detail such as certificate number, baby name, date of birth, gender, mother’s name, and father’s name.
- For Death, fill in all details such as certificate number, Name of the person, date of birth, gender, place of death, name of husband or father, and mother’s name
- Now press “search” and you can check your information.
